Why did you choose University of Arizona - Anesthesiology?
I was attracted to the prospect of having a unique clinical experience (only level 1 trauma center in southern Arizona), the amount of autonomy that is afforded to residents in the OR, and the obviously strong teamwork binding camaraderie between the residents. I also completed my general surgery internship at the University of Arizona which solidified my desire to continue working alongside such amazing residents and attendings. Additionally, being an Arizona native, I wanted to stay and care for the community I love. Wildcat forever and always!
