Why did you choose University of Arizona - Anesthesiology?
UA, due to its location as the premier receiving hospital for hundreds of miles in most directions, is blessed with incredible volume and variety of cases. I was very impressed with the anesthesiology faculty; it was clear that they, with full support of this institution, worked hard to educate their residents and foster further development to graduate lifelong learners. I would be remiss not to mention the culture and environment that resides in Tucson; I am continually surrounded by good food, close nature, and exciting history.

Picking a mountain peak from the local ranges and walking to the top.
