Assistant Clinical Professor, Anesthesiology - (Clinical Series Track)
Dr. Kwass was born and raised in north Dallas, Texas where he met his future wife Nicole. He attended the University of Arizona and graduated with degrees in Physiology and Business. He completed his medical school education in Kansas City, MO while simultaneously obtaining his Masters in Business Administration in Healthcare Administration. He completed his Anesthesiology residency in Chicago, IL and then went on for subspecialty training in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at the world-renownded Texas Heart Institute. After living in 5 different cities he is excited to be back in Tucson where he considers a home away from home. Dr. Kwass enjoys traveling, collecting Bourbons and spending time with his wife and Miniature Pinscher Maurice.
